HERI ZA KWANZAA
Kwanzaa, a week-long celebration held in the United States and also celebrated in the Western African Diaspora in other nations of the Americas, was created by Maulana Karenga. African heritage is honored during the observance from December 26 to January 1, culminating in a feast and gift-giving. Kwanzaa has seven core principles (Nguzo Saba).
It was originally meant to be an alternative to Christmas; however, many African-Americans celebrate Kwanzaa in addition to Christmas. The seven principles are: Umoja (Unity); Kujichagulia (Self-Determination); Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility); Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics); Nia (Purpose); Kuumba (Creativity); and Imani (Faith). Each of the seven days is devoted to one of the principles.

Some of the puzzles that people list for the public
get indexed by the search engines
(like Google).
Some people find those puzzles and cannot figure out how to make a puzzle
of their own. So this page now has the navigation sidebar.
There are now buttons on the puzzle so that you can get a clean page,
in either HTML or PDF, that you can use your browser's print button
to print. The PDF format allows the web site to know how large a
printer page is, and the fonts are scaled to fill the page.
The PDF takes awhile to generate. Don't panic!
