Words about the construction of a new tunnel for highway 99 through downtown Seattle.   The tunnel is to replace the old viaduct dual level roadway of highway 99.            Mayor McGinn did not suupport the tunnel.    The voter's chose with a huge level of support.          Now the water front will be more open since the viaduct blocked the view.

Some of the puzzles that people list for the public get indexed by the search engines (like Google). Some people find those puzzles and cannot figure out how to make a puzzle of their own. So this page now has the navigation sidebar.
