Words about the Gates Foundation investing in creating a new toilet for the developed world.   40% of the world's  population lives in bad sanitation conditions.       The    Bill & Melinda Gates foundation  is offering 42 million to create a new toilet system.      At a conference in  Rwanda discussed ways to replace the 18th century toilet &  public health.
