Ethics definitions

You are to match each of the following definitions with the correct word. All these words have been utilised during class this unit.

Victimisation moral principles that govern a person's behaviour or the conducting of an activity.
Atomic Bomb The way we interpret or understand someone or something, often influenced by our experiences and assumptions.
Responsibility  is the state or process of being victimised or becoming a victim.
Integrity  An overly positive view of one’s own abilities or knowledge, which can lead to mistakes.
Ethical Leadership  The ability to understand one's own thoughts, feelings, and actions, which can help manage biases.
Metacognition  a bomb whose violent explosive power is due to the sudden release of energy resulting from the splitting of nuclei of a heavy chemical element (as plutonium or uranium) by neutrons.
Self-awareness Something we are not aware of, like thoughts or actions we do automatically without thinking.
Overconfidence A general belief about a group of people, often based on limited information or assumptions.
Judgement A particular way of seeing or understanding something, shaped by our experiences and beliefs.
Perception the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.
Inclusion An unfair feeling or opinion about someone or a group, often formed without enough knowledge.
Perspective The act of making others feel valued and welcomed, regardless of their background or identity.
Assumption the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.
Prejudice Psychology: awareness and understanding of one's own thought processes.
Unconscious  the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something/the state or fact of being accountable.
Stereotype leading in a way that respects fairness, honesty, empathy, and accountability.
Implicit Bias  A belief or idea accepted as true without proof, often about others’ abilities or characteristics.
Principles  attitude, of which one is not consciously aware, against a specific social group. Generally perceived to be negative.
Ethics  the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles./the state of being whole and undivided.
Values  a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behaviour or for a chain of reasoning.
