The Subsidiary Books

The subdivision of Journal into various books are called subsidiary books.The word match puzzle gives you eight subsidiary books.

1Cash Book _____Records all transactions relating to goods sold on credit
2Purchases Day Book _____A book contains the transactions which are not recorded in any of the other subsidiary books
3Sales Day Book _____Records entries regarding bills receivable
4Puchases Return Book _____Records all transactions relating to goods purchased on credit
5Sales Return Book _____Records return of goods to suppliers
6Bills Receivable Book _____Records all transactions in cash or by cheques
7Bills Payable Book _____Records return of goods returned by customers
8Journal Proper _____Records transactions relating to bills payable
