Step 1  Apply retention compound
Step 2 Return tool to shadow board
Step 3 Install cap
Step 4 Select/ Inspect O-ring, bolts, flange cap and washers
Step 5 Place O-ring
Step 6  Inspect base
Step 7 Torque fasteners
Step 8 Mark for torque
Step 9 Remove extra compound
Step 10 Select/ Inspect tool
