Remove the cap and hold the inhaler upright		1
Gently shake the inhaler		5
Breathe out slowly through mouth		4
Hold the inhaler in the mouth with lips selaed around		3
While you are breathing in, press the canister firmly		8
Continue to breathe in slowly and deeply		9
Hold breath for 10 seconds if able to allow the medication to go deep into the lungs.		2
